CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION: WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First check your spam folder or junk e-mail, sometimes the confirmation ends up there. Can't find the confirmation there either? Send us an email to Elegancekaftan@gmail.com from the email address you used to order. Then we will find out for you and you will still receive the order confirmation.
MY RECEIVED ITEM IS DAMAGED: WHAT SHOULD I DO?
How awful. The item may have been damaged in transit. You can return the item back to us free of charge. Email us to Elegancekaftan@gmail.com Take a clear photo of the damage and send it to us.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
We will always try to deliver the order as soon as possible. The expected delivery date is an expectation, no rights can be derived from this. If the order will be overdue for a few days, you will be notified.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
We ship all our orders with express shipping.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link to track your order. In case you haven't receive it, then please contact us by sending us an email with your order number in order to locate it.

REFUSED OR RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGE?
It is very important that when you receive the tracking number, you check at where the package is. If you don't check the tracking, you're not available at home, don't answer the courier letters and calls, or don't pick up the package from the drop off point, the package will be returned to us and you will have to pay for another shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or incorrectly delivered package in case the address is incorrect at the time of purchase.
MY ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING: WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you haven't received your order, please consider checking with your neighbors as sometimes deliveries may be left with them. Look for any notes in your mailbox that may contain delivery information. While some delivery drivers may not leave notes, you can also review the Track & Trace code sent to you via email to determine the status and location of your order. If the package is not with your neighbors and the Track & Trace code indicates that it should have been delivered, it's possible the delivery person marked it as delivered but has not yet completed the delivery. If the issue persists and your order is not delivered the next day, please send us an email at Elegancekaftan@gmail.com. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.

You can return an item for an exchange but you can't return an item for a refund.

It's very important to contact our team before sending your order back. Our team will give you all instructions and return adress. Please note that if you don't follow all steps, the package will be returned back.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, we're unable to create return shipping labels. The customer is the responsible to return the order back. Create your own return labels via FedEx, DHL, COLISSIMO, ROYAL MAIL, USPS, CORREOS or GLS.
UNTIL WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
You can exchange your order up to 14 days after the delivery date. Return your order to us unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached.

TAX AND DUTY CHARGES

HOW MUCH TAX AND DUTY WILL I BE CHARGED?
Unfortunately we can not control the customs costs of your country. In most of the cases, it is around 6-9 euro but it can be more or less. All orders will be shipped internationally from Morocco.
