1. Shipping Information

• Order Processing Time: Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from receipt of the order. However, during peak periods, such as new collection launches or sales, shipping times may be extended due to the higher volume of orders. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality.
• Customs Tax: For most shipments outside MOROCCO, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international shipments.
*Shipments to the United Kingdom
For orders being shipped to the United Kingdom, please be advised that shipments will be handled exclusively through Aramex. The estimated delivery time is approximately 1 week from the date of dispatch.
• Extended Shipping Times: Please note that some items may take longer to ship due to their specific characteristics. Any such details will be clearly indicated in the product description, so you are fully informed before making your purchase.
• Shipping Location: The majority of our products are shipped directly from our atelier in Tangier, Morocco, where each item is carefully handled, packaged, and shipped with the utmost attention to detail and quality.
• Shipping Providers: We rely on the world’s leading logistics providers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL, to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner. All shipments are processed with Express Shipping, ensuring the fastest delivery possible.
• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

2. Returns and Refunds
At Kaftan Elegance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns, except in cases of error on our part or if the item is defective.
• Exchanges due to Errors or Defects: If you wish to exchange an item due to a mistake on our part or if it’s defective, we will be happy to replace it and send you a new one. The shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by us.
• Exchanges for Satisfaction: If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please return the item to us within 14 days from the date of delivery, ensuring it is in new, unused condition. All products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, and with all original accessories. Any exchange request will not be processed if the item is returned without the original tags or accessories.
• Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned product reaches our store, we will inspect it and process the exchange by sending the new item promptly.
• Return Address: The customer is responsible for sending the product back to the return address provided via email. You may use the shipping company of your choice for the return.
• Hygiene Reasons: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges on accessories such as earrings and necklaces.
• Order Pickup Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is picked up from the delivery address. If the customer rejects the order or does not pick it up on time, leading to the return of the package, the customer will be liable for the return shipping costs.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Order Processing: At Kaftan Elegance, we understand the importance of ensuring that every dress arrives on time for our clients’ special events. For this reason, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Upon receiving your order, we immediately begin the preparation process, which includes sourcing materials, production, and organizing the logistics for shipping. This approach allows us to ensure both timely delivery and the quality that defines our service.
